After successful acquisition and incorporation of Sima srl. in 2013 and Techno Plastic srl. in 2015 into the group of companies, this latest acquisition represents the consequent continuation of the corporate strategy to strengthen the leading position in the field of extrusion and to develop new customer segments.
This acquisition strengthens the group as turnkey supplier in the sector of monofilament for artificial turf and concrete reinforcement as well as strapping and tapes.
